AI-built apps · Security & hardening

You built it with AI.
We make it safe to launch

Security audit, fixes and hardening for apps made with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor or v0. We keep what works and make the rest ready for real users, real data and real traffic.

  • CriticalFixedAPI keys exposed in the browser bundle
  • CriticalFixedDatabase rules off: anyone can read the users table
  • HighFixedAdmin routes reachable without logging in
  • HighFixedNo rate limit on sign-in and password reset
  • MediumFixedNo backups and no error monitoring

Your app looks fine. Here's what everyone else can see

AI tools are great at what you can see. These are four problems we look for first, shown the way someone poking at your app would find them.

GET  /rest/v1/users?select=*   200 OK
auth: anon key · no login

[
  { "email": "anna@…", "phone": "+48 …" },
  { "email": "mark@…", "phone": "+1 …" },
  { "email": "li@…",   "phone": "+44 …" },
  … and every other user
]

Anyone with your URL can download every user's email and phone number. No login needed.

const OPENAI_KEY = "sk-proj-9xT…Qe";
const STRIPE_KEY = "sk_live_51N…Zt";
const DB_KEY     = "eyJhbG…service_role";

fetch("https://api.openai.com/…", {
  headers: { Authorization: `Bearer ${OPENAI_KEY}` }
});

Anyone can copy these keys, run up your AI and payment bills, or open the whole database.

POST /auth/recover   200  ×      1
POST /auth/recover   200  ×    100
POST /auth/recover   200  × 10,000  no limit

GET  /api/feed        4.8 s  a query per post
GET  /api/feed        timeout

AI usage today: $1,940 yesterday: $12

One script can flood your sign-in, and every new user makes the app slower and the bill bigger.

$ git log --oneline
a91f2c4  fix
7be0131  fix again
3c4d9e8  please work
e2a7710  Revert "please work"
91bd0ff  works now?? don't touch
… 1,400 more

$ npm test
Error: no test specified

Every change is a gamble, so nobody changes anything, including the fixes that matter.

Why TeaCode

AI builds the app you can see. We check the code you can't

We use AI every day ourselves, so we know where it saves weeks and where it quietly skips security. Every finding is checked by an engineer, not a scanner.

Areas we check. One report you can act on

Every finding says what's wrong, what could happen and how to fix it, ranked by risk and effort, in plain language.

  1. Sign-in and sessionsLogins, tokens, password reset
  2. Access and rolesWho can see and do what
  3. Database rulesRow-level security, open tables
  4. Secrets and API keysWhat reaches the browser and the repo
  5. APIs and inputValidation, injection, file uploads
  6. Payments and webhooksStripe, signatures, double charges
  7. DependenciesKnown vulnerabilities, abandoned packages
  8. Personal data and GDPRWhat you store, where, and for how long
  9. Performance and costSlow queries, runaway AI and cloud bills
  10. Code, tests and deploysCan someone safely change it tomorrow

How it works

From vibe-coded to production-ready.
In four steps

Engineers do every step. Every fix lands in your repo as a pull request, so you can keep building with your AI tools when we're done.

1

About a week

Audit

We go through the code, database rules, hosting and every place data comes in or goes out.

2

Days, not months

Fix what's critical

Exposed keys, open data and broken access come first, each fix reviewed and tested.

3

1–3 weeks

Hardening

Monitoring, backups, rate limits, CI/CD and tests on the flows that make you money.

4

Your call

Hand over or grow

Your team takes over with docs and a clean repo, or we stay on and keep building with you.

Found something critical mid-audit? You hear about it the same day, with a quick fix to close it, before the report is even finished.

No rewrite by default

Most AI-built apps don't need to start over. If a rebuild is the better option for any part, you'll hear why before you pay for it.

  • KeepWhat works. The interface and flows your users already like.
  • FixWhat's risky. Access, data rules, keys, error handling.
  • RebuildOnly what can't be made safe. Always with the reason.

Something else on your mind? Ask an engineer directly.

Talk to an engineer
Which tools do you work with?

Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, v0, Replit, Claude Code and anything else that produces a real codebase. Most of these apps run on React or Next.js with Supabase or Firebase, which we work with every day.

Do you need access to production?

Not to start. For the audit we need read access to the repository and the database configuration. Production access comes later, and only if you want us to deploy the fixes.

Will you rewrite my app?

Only the parts that can't be secured or can't scale, and only after you've seen why. Most apps keep their interface and most of their code.

How long does an audit take?

About a week for a typical MVP. A larger app takes longer, and you'll know the timeline before we start.

How much does it cost?

The audit has a fixed price, agreed after a short call once we know the size of the app. Fixes and hardening get an estimate based on the report, so you decide what's worth doing now and what can wait.

Can I keep building with my AI tools afterwards?

Yes. Every fix lands in your repo as a pull request, so you can keep working in Lovable or Cursor on top of a safer base. We'll tell you which areas are best left to an engineer.

Is my code safe with you?

We sign an NDA before we see anything, work only within the access you give us and remove it when the work ends.

Let's talk

Tell us what you're trying to solve

Your first call is with one of our co-founders, Jakub or Michał. Both are engineers, not salespeople. They'll ask about the problem, question what looks risky and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
