We prefer direct contracts with freelancers – no intermediaries, no agency fees. This way, we can onboard you the right way: according to our standards, with access to our tools, our culture, and our way of working.

We welcome experienced professionals:
Mid-level and Senior Developers, Designers or Project Managers
Fluent English speakers with strong communication skills

Please note: we don’t hire junior freelancers, as our projects often require working solo, across multiple technologies, or directly with clients.
Our recruitment process is short, respectful of your time, and designed to understand your skills and fit:
Intro Call with HR
Get to know each other and clarify mutual expectations.
Technical Interview
A deep dive with our Tech Leads into your experience and approach.
Optional
Client Interview
If the project requires, you may also talk with the client directly.
Once you're in, you become part of our verified freelance pool – the TeaCode Collaborators. From there, we’ll match you with suitable projects based on current needs and timelines.
Please note that project onboarding may not happen immediately after your technical interview – sometimes it takes a couple of weeks, depending on our workload and project pipeline. We recruit first to invite you into our Collaborators network, not always for a specific project from day one – though that can happen, too.

Not necessarily. We match you with projects that align with your availability – whether part-time or full-time.
Yes – as long as you have a good internet connection and overlap for key meetings, location isn’t an issue.
Yes! You'll be onboarded into our Slack, project management tools, and internal knowledge base – just like the rest of our team.
You invoice us based on the hours logged and approved. We pay promptly, usually on a monthly basis.
Absolutely. If we’re both happy with the collaboration and the timing is right, we’re always open to deeper partnerships.
