Patients can now instantly see what their numbers mean, flag key health markers like elevated cholesterol or vitamin levels, and even calculate their biological age – all through a secure, intuitive digital experience.

Lab reports are often dense, numerical, and hard for patients to interpret. XcelLabs wanted to empower users with AI-generated explanations that translate raw data into actionable health feedback. The solution needed to combine medical reliability, data security, and scalability — all delivered on a tight timeline.

A responsive, accessible frontend built in Next.js lets users easily input blood test results and view personalized summaries.
Leveraging LangChain and LangSmith, the system orchestrates large language models to provide structured, clinically grounded interpretations for multiple diagnostic panels.
Through OpenRouter, the platform intelligently routes prompts between leading LLMs such as OpenAI and Anthropic for optimal performance.
Hosted on Vercel with a Supabase backend, the app ensures anonymized data handling, meeting HIPAA-aligned privacy standards.
Patients receive a plain-language summary providing clear, personalized feedback — identifying risks, understanding trends, and making informed health decisions., all generated automatically and presented in real time.
