The Client is a leading global provider of aviation training solutions. Their learning platform offers a comprehensive learning platform for pilots and aviation professionals, delivering a wide array of training courses and materials.
What we do: We are redesigning and modernizing the platform while developing new functionality across the entire ecosystem. Our team provides full-cycle support, including software development, UX/UI design, and AI-driven solutions.

The Storyboard AI-powered tool is designed to reduce course development time and associated costs significantly.
We’ve worked on diverse projects that combine technical innovation with intuitive design, helping clients achieve better performance and user satisfaction.
This project involved a complete redesign and development of a platform that enables our client's customers to build certificates for different courses. The certificate manager features a drag-and-drop designer, making it user-friendly for end-users to create customised certificates for their students.

Similar to the Certificate Manager, the Exam Builder project involved a complete redesign and development of a platform that allows clients to create customised exams.
Users can select questions from a database and drag-and-drop them into their exam, tailoring the content to specific airlines, aircraft, or control panels. This project also required rebuilding a large database of information.

This project focused on redesigning and updating the existing Student Panel web application to bring it in line with modern technology. The redesign aimed to improve user experience and make the platform more intuitive for students.

This project involved a complete redesign and recoding of the Student Panel mobile app. The goal was to enhance the user experience and optimize the app's performance for mobile devices. The new mobile app was scheduled to launch the following week from the time of the conversation.


Recognizing that the mobile app was not optimized for tablet performance, a separate project was undertaken to redesign and develop the Student Panel specifically for iPads. This allowed students to access and use the platform effectively on their iPads.

This project focused on creating a platform for examiners to use while evaluating pilots in the cockpit. The platform allows examiners to design customised grading grids, specifying the criteria and scoring system for the evaluation.
It simplifies the grading process and provides an easy way to record observations and give feedback. The first version of this project was expected to launch in about three weeks.

Complementing the Designer Panel, the Evaluator Panel is used after the test flight or evaluation to analyse the data collected and generate an overall score for the pilot.
This panel streamlines the evaluation process and facilitates feedback delivery. The completion of the Evaluator Panel was projected for February of the following year.

This project leverages AI technology to automate some of the client’s manual processes, specifically in course material development. Currently, the client manually extracts information from lengthy aircraft manuals to create courses. The Storyboard AI project aims to automate this process by enabling the AI to analyse the manuals, identify relevant information,
and generate courses based on specific requirements such as course length and detail level. The AI would also be able to retrieve relevant images and video content from the existing database. The proof of concept for this project was expected to be completed by January 15th, after which the development of the full product would commence.
Open and frequent communication is a key aspect of their successful cooperation. Regular contact, including capture calls at least three times a week, ensures everyone is informed and aligned.

Our designer translated the client’s vision into user-centric designs, focusing on intuitive navigation, visual appeal, and a consistent brand experience across all platforms. We presented interactive prototypes to the client for feedback and iterated on the designs to achieve optimal user satisfaction.

We continue to provide ongoing support and maintenance, ensuring the platform's stability and performance. We are actively researching and exploring additional ways to leverage AI to enhance the client’s platform and further optimise their processes. We are also working with the client to implement data tracking mechanisms to measure the impact of the implemented solutions. We aim at providing insights into user engagement, course completion rates, and the efficiency gains achieved through the AI-powered course creation tool.
