About the project: Best Utah Real Estate is an app designed to give users a more intuitive and convenient way to browse properties around Utah.
With over 30,000 active property listings, the platform needed to deliver top-tier performance without compromising on design or usability - and that’s where TeaCode stepped in.

The client approached us with a clear goal: to build the new mobile app and implement core features to deliver a faster, more intuitive browsing experience.

We started cooperation with Trava because, as they say, our team was able to understand their business speak and translate it into code. Trava trusted us due to our perfect rating and as we also exhibited our English proficiency.

They had an initial vision and assets, while our team - Project Manager, Tech Lead, Developers, and Product Designer - took responsibility for turning that concept into a performant, polished product.
One of the main requirements was to display the entire state of Utah with all listings visible at once. Another critical feature was enabling users to draw custom search areas directly on the map, a function that we had to build completely from scratch.
Our collaboration followed a clear, structured process - from defining the MVP scope to continuous improvement after launch.

We established a feedback loop to monitor performance, iterate on features, and implement updates based on real user behavior, ensuring the platform evolves alongside client goals.
Handling a dataset of over 30,000 properties while maintaining smooth, real-time map performance was one of the biggest challenges we faced. Every decision - from data structure to rendering - needed to balance speed, scalability, and user experience.


The result was a high-performing, feature-rich MVP capable of displaying tens of thousands of listings without a single slowdown.
To handle custom area drawing, we developed
a bespoke Mapbox-based module, partially assisted
by AI. After refining the generated logic, we achieved smooth, curved drawing instead of sharp, angular shapes - combining precision with great UX.
The new version improved speed, visual clarity, and overall user satisfaction – turning a once data-heavy real estate browsing into a frustration-free exploration.
As a result, the client recorded a 50% increase in lead flow based on website data, confirming that better performance and UX directly translated into higher engagement and conversions.


As we automated Best Utah Real Estate’s marketing, we delivered a cohesive strategy that generated measurable results. Over the past year, the website experienced strong and sustainable growth across all major channels, with organic search as the primary driver.
Sessions increased by 70–80% YoY, engagement rates improved by over 10 points, and average session duration rose, reflecting higher content quality and stronger user intent.
Organic became the main growth driver, accounting for ~80% of sessions and 75%+ of conversions.
Direct traffic grew steadily, indicating stronger brand recognition. Referral traffic, while smaller, maintained high engagement and strong conversions, reflecting valuable partnerships.
